La Maison Guimauve was founded in 2015. Inspired by 'la guimauve', the French confectionery, they adapted the recipe and started making them in their London kitchen. Their melt-in-the-mouth mallows were an instant hit in the early days at London’s King’s Road market and since then they have grown their range to include assorted gift boxes, toasting boxes, limited edition seasonal flavours and marshmallow towers for weddings and parties.
